Pecha Kucha Prague, vol. 1

Pecha Kucha Night in Prague began with a bang!

Jana Kostelecka, event producer, introducing Pecha Kucha.

As surprise guests from Tokyo who were not on the scheduled programme, we were up first. Fellow presenter Czech graffiti artist Hunza (aka Jan Kalab) who kindly snapped these three pix of us, confided that everyone was a bit nervous to get up there, and was relieved and happy not to be first.

A few snapshots from the Stockholm Tunnelbana (subway system).
A couple more sweet Swedes... We spent an afternoon chatting with
Jesper Larsson (who did the Nudie Cafe with Jean Snow for Swedish Style in Tokyo) and his friend Jonas, pictured here with Huschang.

Forgot to post this with the others from Good old Germany... This is a snap of some skateboards by Stefan and Karsten, friends and old colleagues of Huschang's from Wiesbaden. Nice guys and nice work! Check out their website at schwarzschild.de

Stormy Stockholm

In Stockholm, happy for the snow in this fresh, crisp landscape. Makes me nostalgic for winter in Canada...

Good old Germany

Traditional lunch at the Gasthof Weisses Lamm in Rosstal (16km west of Nuernberg) where time seems to stand still.

A couple of days later, we headed to a balmy blue-skied Wiesbaden, and seemed to leave winter behind.
